This unit dealt with lesson planning. It emphasized the importance of the lesson plan both as a tool for organization and for record-keeping. It also emphasized the importance of self-evaluation of your lessons as a teacher, so that you can improve your instruction. I liked that the format of evaluation presented a "slot" for listing what modification if any were implemented and why. This is especially useful to keep a record of and something that I will add to my evaluation of my lessons.
