In this Unit the main focus is the relationship and interaction between teachers and learners, it beautifully describes the aspects of being a good teacher and a good learner.
I strongly believe that a good relationship between a teacher and her/his students is one of the most important factors for a successful teaching and learning experiences.
The success of the students is directly linked with how good the teacher is, therefore, if the teacher is kind and the students love him/her the more successful they will be.
I would also like to point out how important it is for a Teacher to be "Culturally intelligent", when teaching students from different cultures, races and backgrounds in order to never overstep boundaries.
