I would like to share about planning lesson I have learned in this unit with you. It was very excited and helpful for the future.
It's true that too much planning can make lesson rather rigid and stop the teacher being flexible to the needs of the students. However, The writing of lesson plans has a number of important functions as an-aid to planning, a working documents, a record.
An aid planning: Writing down what you expect from students by the end of the lesson, helps you to think logically trough the stages in relation to available time.
A working document: A lesson plan helps you to keep on target and gives you something to refer to during the lesson. If class room really enjoying the activity teacher may extend the time.
A record: A lesson plans act as a record of what a class has done. It's good for another teacher to cover your class if you are ill one day.
I think generally good to have lesson planning to keep your self organized. I think it's good for you to keep track of your study . Always good to be organized and have document of what you have done for class in the past.
