This was one of the most helpful units so far. It went into some key things like how to set up a classroom and how to balance group and individual work times. It also showcased that there is no one right answer for everything when it comes to how to set up and run a class and that it is important to be able to tailor the class to the best interest of the students. Certain useful situations such as how a to deal with shy or unconfident students or how to provide more student talk time were also briefly examined. I was able to take a large number of notes over these sections to help design a potential classroom situation for classes of various ages, nationalities, personalities, etc. I learned more about being a teacher from this unit than any other unit so far.
