This section imparts the basic skills required to navigate a student through the learning process in an intention and directed fashion. Doing so will help to ensure success in the goal of teaching, and as importantly allowing the student the best possible opportunity to be successful. I have learned to be prepared with a lesson plan, and to be somewhat flexible during the ESA phase if the goal is not successfully met at first attempt.
