The content of this lesson was incredibly useful. I was able to learn more about establishing rapport within a class, and how to effectively structure my class in a way that would engage learning for everyone, with respect to the class sizes. I also learned more about maintaining discipline, which is an area I sometimes struggle with, especially with my younger group of students. Understanding the reasons for behavior and the responses to behavior is enlightening and will be useful in the future. Additionally, I was able to learn more about giving individual attention, which will benefit me with my smaller adult-based classes.
