This unit has covered the responsibilities, multiple roles, and traits that a good teacher should possess. It also discussed the qualities, and types of students that will be learning English. I have learnt that patience, kindness, motivation, and being inclusive of all kinds of students are a few of the things that make up a great teacher. To be a great teacher means being able to direct the entire class as one, but also working closely and slowly with each student, and allowing them to flourish amongst each other. A good student will listen, accept feedback or correction, explore their own learning methods, and have the desire to learn.
