In this unit, I have learned a lot about Parts of Speech, so many parts of Speech were mentioned , like nouns, adjectives,verbs, adverbs and so on.
At the beginning of this unit, I got to know how to identify the parts of speech in a sentence. At first, have known different sorts of nouns and their simple examples, including countable and uncountable nouns. Then, have got familiar with the right order of different adjectives, at the same time, reviewed the forms of Comparative and Superlative adjectives. Next, understood the usages between Indefinite and Definite Articles. Besides, I'm clear about the differences between transitive and intransitive verbs and have known some classic examples, also reviewed different forms of irregular verbs. In addition to those, have learned many kinds of adverbs and the positions of adverbs in the sentences. After that, also talked about gerunds and types of Pronouns , meanwhile gave me so many examples to help me understand. Eventually, mentioned prepositions and conjunctions. Through this unit, I have made a better understanding of teaching this grammar to students to help them understand well.
