This unit focused on explaining the qualities of good teachers and learners; more specifically, the unit explained the various roles that teachers take on and also explained the various factors that make up a student (e.g. age, learning experience). This unit helped me get a general grasp of the various roles I will need to play as a English teacher as well as taught me what types of challenges students may face in the classroom (e.g. short attention span leads to less comprehension of the material).
