This unit describes the general atmosphere of an English as a foreign language.

Another important part is keeping in mind that each and every student come from a different culture, and has a unique life experience that may facilitate or make the learning process more difficult.
It is also important to remember how to motivate students, encourage them, and correct their pronunciation, without offending them.
Maybe one of the most aspect is to learn when to become a part of the group, and when to step back, allowing students to feel more independent and to express their thought in English.
