I could learn about several factors to manage a class effectively in this unit. To guarantee the quality of a lesson, a teacher should be flexible from the teaching style to the seat arrangement within the class. I used to be a teaching assistant, so I understand the importance of the mentioned elements, especially in the class of young learners. For problem students, I still feel quite struggle about how to deal within them while maintaining the pace of lesson. It is due to the variance of parents' requirements. Some are demanding about their results, some only need their children to have a chance exposing to English. Working in groups are quite new to Vietnamese education. Even though they can work very well individually, the jealousy and willing to win may cause troubles in class, I believe.
