Teacher has to understand teaching aims and procedure before making the lesson plan.
Also always have to consider student’s level and teaching aims. Teacher’s lesson plan is very important to both teacher and student and most time-consuming step. If teacher prepared the lesson plan and materials very well we could save lots of time of lesson and get the understanding of students and student could learn the contents much more effectively. When my self was student of English class I saw that a lot of teachers didn’t prepare their lesson and have no plan and do only thing of text book’s contents. It was like nothing different with self-study so I got bore or lost motivation easily. Sometimes even native teachers couldn’t answer to student’s questions about the usages. Lack of teacher’s preparation or knowledge is very serious problem and I don’t want to be such a teacher. I’m teaching Korean to Japanese for a long time so I know lesson plan doesn’t work always correctly. When my lesson plan didn’t work like I expected, I lean and try to fix it and make it better for the next lesson.
