The unit talks about the ESA-demonstration class. What’s the difference between two demonstration classes. The second class is more effective than the first one, because it has the Engage phase in the second class and the teacher has a positive and engaging attitude, the students respond with a high level of participation. The teacher speaks more softly than the first lesson, which forces the student to focus on the teacher. If students have poor listening skills and concepts, the teacher need to be explained it clearly. A good reason to monitor students during a Study phase activity is to make sure that the instructions were understood. It will make a good rapport between students and teachers.
