This unit covers managing your classroom. This unit explains how gesture, voice, and eye contact are the three means you will be using. It is also explains that the class can be taught/interact as a whole, students working on their own, or group/partner settings. Pros and cons are discussed. Classroom arrangement is also addressed, explaining different reasoning for classroom placement and the types of placement that do exists and also pros and cons of using those placements. The subject of board work is covered, along with teacher talk time and student talk time and how to best balance all of it. Giving instructions and maintaining discipline in the classroom is what sums up the unit.
