In this unit,I learned about as a teacher how to evaluate and test our students step by step. There are many different tests during their school time,but testing is not the only way to evaluate our students, they have 3 ways to do that.And I also knew many external exams about English and how to tell them, they listed many details for each exam. As a teacher,we should use teach our students knowledge and use some good way,good tests to test them,then will make sure our students can learn the knowledge well and study regularly.
