This chapter mainly talked about classroom management, including teacher's teaching manners, how to group students,seating, getting control of the classes in progress etc, which are very practical in teaching. The part that I don't feel confident about is how to respond to problem behavior. As some students' behaviors are so beyond expectation. So I will bear in mind the principle that'use the knowledge of colleagues'in the text and keep learning while being a teacher.
