Discipline is something that I have had some difficulty with recently. This unit has been really useful in giving ideas on how best to enforce discipline within my classroom. I have learnt the importance of inspiring confidence in students but also being firm and dominant as a teacher to ensure students are learning effectively. The most important thing I have learnt from this unit is how best to respond in the event of problem behavior from students.
