Managing classes is an important subject for all the teachers. Through more and more time of teaching, we need to develop our own teaching style and summarize our own technique based on how we use eye contact, gesture and the voice, how to grouping students, how to arrange classroom, how to manage teacher talk time and student talk time, how we give instructions to students, how to establish rapport with student and how we maintain discipline during the lesson.
