Unit Two was a concise, yet in-depth explanation of most of the main parts of English grammar. It covered everything from SVO(Subject-Verb-Object), to the two types of verbs (Indefinite, definite), and ended off with conjunctions and prepositions. I can’t choose one part particularly in which was not extremely useful for me. Growing up as a native speaker of English, you learn these grammar rules in Elementary school, and maybe some in middle school, however you forget most of them as you just know what “sounds right.” In explaining English to someone that doesn’t speak it as their first language it’s imperative that you can explain the grammar. Thanks to Unit two I believe in the classroom I will have some knowledge on how to explain the basics of English grammar.
