Managing Classes unit so helpful to understand how and when the teacher should do everything concerning controlling the class and arrange the student accordingly. know when the teacher need to talk more and know when is the student talk time. know how to make the activity or lesson to be more effective either is grouping/ pair work or individual. learning to manage the small space to be effective for grouping the whole class is really great in my case, because if i start teaching, i might want to teach at small class space and remembering not all School having big classes, this managing classes unit really helpful to manage and solve some problem regarding environment of the class while controlling the students activity or lesson time.
