This unit showed me just how much there is to the English Language that I use every day that I don't even think about when I am speaking. There is much "reported" speech in the classroom and this unit has shown many ways that we as teachers can functionally teach this material to our students. I liked the materials given in this unit, because although some of the material was a bit confusing, the examples helped to clear up my questions. I will return and review this unit again before teaching this to my students.
