Unit 11: Receptive skills, I remember learning skills like these in elementary school. Learning how important it was to not only understand the reading part, but the listening equally. Also, learning the productive skills: speaking, and writing. Using all four skills in unison is essential to becoming “fluent” in any language, and the mastery of these skills is all at their own pace, however are all equally important.
