I honestly don't know what to reflect on for this chapter. I like that there was a unit on troubleshooting, but like previously mentioned in the unit, this was already covered in another unit. The only part that was new to me was the section titled 'use of native language'. The use of the native language can help lower the affect filter on students, avoid confusion, and give the student more confidence. Not that their native language should be used all the time, but it does have its benefits. The issue is finding the balance between being helpful and hurting.
