This unit is very necessary and did a great job of explaining the necessity and delicacy of crafting an effective lesson plan. I especially appreciated the list of the basic principles of lesson planning and the explanation of what should be included in a lesson plan. It was very helpful to be able to apply content from the previous units into the lesson planning phase. I will be referring back to the lesson plan sample in the future and use it as a guide
