In this unit, I have learned about three important considerations when teaching new languages. I have learned about teaching vocabulary, and what students need to know about a vocabulary item. I have also learned about grammatical structures, and the essential components that students must be taught to effectively grasp the material. Finally, I was enthralled to learn about language function, and how to teach a lesson that allows students to practice using such functions on one another.
