This unit makes clear the differences between the various types of present tense forms. It breaks down the present simple, present continuous, present perfect and present perfect continuous. It also goes over contractions that shorten the present tense forms but still belong within the present tense sections. Though I know the present tense this section made clear to me the differences between each type.
