Most important thing that I red in this unit was the fact I need to be a little more in "control" in the class at first, more that I usually am before I get to know the students because it is easier to loosen up after being in control than the opposite- being "laid back" and then trying to control the students.
it was good to read about special groups individually such as children, beginners, ESP etc.
Also the advice about how to deal with discipline was interesting and important to read.
