Through this unit I have been introduced to the vast number of equipments and teaching aids available to a teacher. Though there were two that were quite foreign to me, which were the interactive white boards and video cameras. I have never actually seen the two being used in classrooms, probably due to the teachers here unwilling to expose their students to too much video technology. I feel though, that a balance of both technology and hands on material should be incorporated for the best lesson! For my own ideal lesson, I would incorporate the board, videos, visual aids, worksheets, CD player and a resource book for the best balance of technology and hands on material. I also have to thank ITTT for providing me with such a vast variety of resource links!
