This unit was interesting and taught me a lot about the different forms of the past tense and when to use it. This was one of the easier chapters so far due to its similarities to the chapter on present tense. I think that once I am teaching English as a second language, this unit will be very fun to teach because it allows for a lot of possibilities and creativity. However, I can also see how this will be a very difficult lesson to teach, especially for certain languages that do not have a past tense, such as some Asian languages, but that is what will also make teaching English as a second language fun and rewarding.
