This lesson introduced us to various methodologies used when teaching ESL. It also introduced the Engage Activate Study model, which I find particularly helpful in thinking about how to structure future lessons. I also appreciated that the lesson provided many example activities to use in the different stages of the model, some of which I have seen used in my own language learning course as well as other courses.
