This unit was extremely insightful for me. I not only learned the pros and cons of managing the different aspects of classroom behaviors, it also dawned on me the importance of giving students their voice and letting it be heard. Communication in the classroom should be a two way street. I should try as much as possible to be fair in delegating pair work, group work and individual work times. Students will have different needs, throughout classroom time and I should be alert to these.
