In this final unit we talked about balancing various issues in the classroom. We talked about building rapport in the first session, and when and where to use coursework. We talked about what tactics are better for a larger group, versus a smaller group. Not all tactics that fit for a small group will fit exactly for your small class. It's important as a teacher to be flexible and be open to trying new techniques. Rapport is important, so it will help you engage with the students, and interest them in learning English.
