This was a good unit to help new and potential teachers with the process of lesson planning and all the different, important elements which need to be considered and included in a successful, useful plan. Lesson planning is one area which I believe will become "second nature", once a teacher has gone through the process many times, but initially, it will likely require quite some thought and consideration, until teachers become familiar and comfortable with the steps. I really like the template used in the unit, and feel it could be very useful.
