The content of this unit presents the topic of classroom management. It also explains in which particular ways teacher is one of the most important resources while managing the classroom (the instruments for that are teacher's eyes, voice and gestures). There are different ways to group the students for class activities - whole class arrangement, individual, pair work with their advantages and drawbacks. Additionally, the unit describes three main methods of seating arrangement in the classroom and management issues that teacher can face in the classroom. I find it very helpful the detailed advice given to the teachers, to response to these issues in order to maintain discipline and healthy learning environment for the students. I feel that I've revised a lot of information rather learnt something new.
