This lesson is to help you understand how to ovoid problems with your students and in your classroom, and also how to solve the problems that may appear. The different problems can appear in different stages of your teaching, and in different classroom situations. For example in you first lesson, instead of trying to start right away with learning the English language, you should build rapport between the students and the teacher. In classes with mixed levels of students, you should separate the students and have them work on different exercises using either the same material or different materials. In large classes it is suggested to do choral repetition instead of individual drilling. Lastly to avoid your students from using their native language you should make sure you explain everything clearly enough that your students, and if they talk to you in their native language making sure to not respond in their native language.
