This unity focused on teaching the parts of speech and how we can clearly explain the structure of the English language to an ESL student. I found it helpful to see an explantation given for each part of soeech that I am so used to using in my day to day life without ever really thinking about It. I do not think I would have been able to explain to students the part each word plays in a sentence before reading this unit. I found it very helpful.
