Engage. Study. Activate. I thought all the information provided in this unit is essential for successful teaching methods and techniques. Overall I think these systems are very successful. The closest thing I have to compare these teaching strategies with is how I, personally, learned my L1 as well as my 2L (being Spanish). Through games and use of pictures, drawings, mimes, video, readings etc! Something that I have highlighted within this unit is the stress on a good teacher will make learning fun. I think that that is what makes a good teacher. The ability to construct lessons in a fun way so that students maintain enthusiasm.
