This unit provided me with lots of self-reflection. In both videos, I can see what the teacher does wrong and well, respectively, and he shows what techniques work and don't work. I'm able to visually recognize some mistakes that I make in the classroom myself. Furthermore, with the previous units in this course, I can deconstruct the teacher's lesson plan as an example for how to approach a proper ESA structure.
