When teaching a new class it is best to first make the students comfortable with each other and the environment that they will be learning in. This can be best done by playing icebreakers and other games to let the student gets to know each other. Some students are not as strong learners or are not as motivated as other. This can be caused by many things, however, the best way to deal with it, if it can be dealt with, is to pair the student with a much stronger student and to give them encouragement.
