From this unit, I learn that to be a teacher is not easy.First,you need to be a good teacher,who is kind,patient,lively and is able to motivate the students.The more important is that a good teacher should care more about the students.To be a good teacher,you need to change roles based on different activities.A good teacher should be a manager,a model,a facilitator,a prompter,a participant,a tutor,an organizer and an assessor.A good teacher will most likely have good students.A good teacher always has ways to motivate the students,no matter they are adults or young learners.In all,to be a good teacher,you need to have the ability of using different teaching activities and being different roles in different activities to motivate your students.That's what I learned from unit1.
