I have learned about the roles of the teacher and some important qualities of the learner in this unit. The person who wants to be a good teacher must care her/his teaching but more about the learners. Because the variance here is the characteristics of the students such as age, motivation, learning experience, nervousness, language awareness, behaviour problems, life experience, culture and language level. So, if a teacher wants to have good students he/she must be a good teacher by caring the teacher-student relation.
