From this unit I learned that how to manage classes and it's very important to have an efficient class.Classroom management is the skill of organising and managing the class,having a friendly,relaxed manner and maintaining discipline.As a teacher,I know that a good relationship between the teachers and the students is very important,as well as a good relationship among the students themselves.So first,a good teacher should try to establish rapport in the class.Second,a teacher should balance the teacher talking time and the students talking time based on the type of activity and the level of the students.When a teacher needs to present new knowledge or give instructions,the teacher can speak more.But it will reduce the amount of time for students to speak,so the teacher should try to keep TTT to minimal levels by using gestures or pictures.
