This unit addressed the two receptive skills, reading and listening. As the text mentioned, listening is one of the harder skills to learn, which I believe is very true, considering my experience with studying French. This course content thus provided several ideas which I can use to help students build confidence with their language skills, by incorporating all skills throughout a lesson or series of lessons. This approach allows them to consider a topic from each dimension, and further enhance understanding.
