In this section I learnt more about the past tenses. I found it useful to revise my verbs and see the definitions of how we use the various tenses. This course is allowing me to revise my English Grammar as I already mentioned in the Present Verb Unit. It is very important for teachers to understand the reason why we use a certain tense. In foreign languages there are different forms of verbs and knowing why we use a tense and explaining the actions in the past can help a student learn more efficiently if he \she has an explanation for it. A very useful Unit.
