Unit 6 examined the use of the past tense in English and provided examples of some irregular past tense verbs in English. Very similar to the unit on present tense verbs, I found a lot of the information provided in the unit to be intuitive because I am a native English speaker. Again though, I had never learned the sentence structure models, so that was all new information for me. I was blown away by how many verbs were on the irregular past simple chart and I am sure there are many more that weren’t included.
