This final Unit is about troubleshooting potential problems within a class. The unit begins by advising on appropriate first lessons, for example not to drill grammar, but rather to gain a good rapport with the students through 'Warmer' games.
Other tricky situations may be dealing with classes with mixed abilities, and teaching larger classes. In both these situations, group work and pair work is helpful. The unit also discusses more ways to try encourage students to communicate in English, rather than their L1.
