I can share my personal point of view about this unit. The first thing I want to mention it is very useful and helpful for me as a teacher. The first part is about teacher`s role within the classroom and during the lesson . I can say one thing I like this section very much. It `s about particular teacher`s role within the classrom and during the lesson. I can say that the more practical experience you have the better. Sometimes teacher can combine and performe different roles during one classtime to meet student`s needs and motivate them. You can be a model and then quickly change your role to a tutor if you see that some student needs more attention. It depends on a student. Alongside you need to be a brilliant organizer and facilitator . My motto is : Never stop learning and love teaching!
As for the second part about detailed description of each language knowledge level. It`s really very useful and helpful for me. I can easily see and understand differences between different groups of learners. Especially very helpful is section about learner`s difficulties that has each group of learners. For me as a teacher of young learners I am very curious about how to cope with nervousness of and behaviour problems of young learners. I think that nervousness can be applied also to some young learners , some students feel responsibility and even do not want to lose their face before the class , so I think teacher need to be even more attentive and gentle to these students. As a rule they are full of self –motivation and curiosity. Nevertheless I know that only teacher`s energy and inspiration can cope with these problems. And as I said above never stop lerning, learn with your students. You teach them and they teach you to be a good teacher! Be energetic and always be curious for your students. I like this unit.
