Unit 19 explains the rules for teaching English to special groups. The five categories of the special groups considered are: beginnes, teaching individual students, teaching young learners (Yls), English for specific purposes (the most popular sub-category nowadays is the Business English), and monolingual- multilingual classes. For each category we can find advantages and disadvantages, problems we could have in the classroom, as weel as teaching ideas and things to take into consideration when planning the class.
