This unit contains very extensive information on different types of special groups that might study English and potential problems teachers can face while teaching them. They are beginners, individuals, young learners, people who study English for specific purposes (more common Business English), multilingual and monolingual groups. Teaching each of the group mentioned has its own positive and negative sides that are considered and discussed in this chapter. I find unit 19 very helpful because, indeed, it gives super detailed information and tips how to deal with any issues that may occur in the classroom.
