Unit 19 covered the types of classes that an ESL teacher may encounter. At the beginning, it reviewed the types of classes from earlier chapters touching on the range of Beginners, young learners, to adults, and false beginners. Unit material covered the special types of classes such as individual, multilingual and monolingual, and Business English. Information was covered on the do's and don's of each group and some teaching ideas were offered.
